Gratitude Hangout with Lili Hudson
Known for getting results, Brain Change Expert and Personal Cheerleader, Lili Hudson focuses the challenges of weight, sadness, frustration, and anger. Lili discovered the success experienced by combining mindfulness, guided imagery, and acupressure to release stress, reduce pain and create positive behavior changes, in all ways.
Drawing on her experience, Lili has developed the transformative program “Slender, Strong and Fit.” Lili says it is possible to enjoy food, create a slimmer body, and have better health – so that nothing is ever off limits. With a heart for struggling students, she created “Be a Better Student” to bolster a child’s confidence and make school easier.
A volunteer practitioner with The Vets Stress Project, Lili offers no-charge sessions to vets and their families struggling with the effects of war trauma. She can be reached through Lili@LiliHudson.com.
